Use the GoFit 45 Revolve Massage Roller before and after your workouts to help promote circulation and release trigger points. This massage roller is made up of a series of interchangeable rings that you can rearrange and customize. The rings come in different sizes with different ridge patterns in order to best target various muscle groups, including the back, shoulders and quads. There are 9 adaptive massage rings per roller.
