How do I check a gift card balance?
You can check your current balance with our 'Check Gift Card Balance'
tool. You'll need
the 13- or 16-digit gift card number and PIN to obtain the balance. You can also check
your balance at any Academy store.
Can I return the gift card I purchased from Academy?

Can I combine an eGift Card and a regular gift card to make a purchase online or in-store?
Yes, you'll be able to combine an eGift Card and a regular gift card.
My Academy online order was canceled. How do I get my gift card back?
If you used a physical gift card or eGift card to place an online order, you will
receive a new eGift Card after your order is canceled.
What if the balance of my card shows inactive but it has not been used?
The gift card may not have been activated upon purchase. If you purchase the gift card
directly from Academy (in-store or online), please chat with Customer Service to speak
with a member of our team. Have your receipt or order number readily available.

My Gift Card Was Lost or Stolen. How can I protect my gift card from theft?
If your gift card was lost or stolen, Academy cannot replace them. We treat gift cards the same as cash. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
