I am unable to create an account because my phone number already exists.
If the phone number associated with the email already exists, then you will be prompted to recover the
account related to your phone number when you log-in. You will receive a one-time passcode to the phone
number or email on file, that you can enter to verify the phone.
I am unable to create an account because my email already exists.
If you are notified that your email already exists, then you will need to move to the log-in form and sign in from there. You will be
prompted to recover the account via email or phone.
I am unable to receive SMS one-time passcodes.
If you are unable to receive one-time passcodes, then you can always select “Email Me a Code” upon
log-in.
I am getting a Please Try Again Later Error.
We recommend that you attempt to clear the cache of your browser if you receive this error upon account
creation.
I see that my passcode is incorrect.
The passcode being incorrect means that the passcode sent to the phone number does not match the
passcode that is being entered.
I see that my passcode has expired.
If the passcode has expired, it means that the time limit has been exceeded from the time that the
one-time passcode was sent compared to when it was entered. You can select “Resend the Code” on the
log-in screen.
