Account Management
How do I opt in or out of messages from myAcademy Rewards?
You can opt in or out of receiving promotional emails, promotional texts and/or transactional tests at the bottom of the Account page.
How do I add my Birthday or edit my birthday?
Members can add their birthday under the Account tab in their myAcademy Rewards account. Members can change their birthday; however, you are only eligible to receive one birthday offer per calendar year.
When will I get my birthday offer?
Your birthday reward will be sent to you via email on the first day of your birthday month each year and can be redeemed any time within your birthday month.
How do I update my phone number?
Members can update the phone number associated with their account in the Account tab. You will be prompted to verify the phone number with a one-time passcode.
Can I update the email address associated with my account?
If you need to update your email address, please contact Customer Care at 1-888-922-2336.
How do I delete my account?
Members can delete their account in the Account tab on a web browser. This action cannot be completed in the Academy app.
Id.Me Verification
Where can I register for ID.me?
Members can verify their status in the Account tab. You can find more information about the required documentation here.

What is the benefit of verification with ID.me?
If there is an active promotion running for the ID.me segment and you have been verified, the discount will be automatically applied to the purchase.
Manage Saved Credit Cards
Where can I add or remove credit cards?
myAcademy Rewards members can add or remove a credit card in the Manage Cards section in the Account tab.
Manage Saved Pick-up Person
How do I designate a pick-up person for my orders?
You can manage the person who is assigned to pick up your orders from a store location in the Account tab under Pick-up Person.
I already placed a Store Pick-up order. Can I still change the pick-up person?
Members that have placed an order can change the pick-up person in the Academy mobile app.
Manage Saved Addresses
Where can I add or remove shipping addresses?
You can manage your saved addresses in the Account tab. You can add a new address or remove an existing address for the account.
How can I update my default shipping address?
You can manage your saved addresses in the Account tab. You can add a new address or designate an existing address as the default shipping address for the account.
