Add a Past Purchase to Your Account
Made a purchase that isn't showing in your myAcademy Rewards account? You can submit a request to add it — whether you shopped online as a guest or in-store.
Required Information by Order Type
The Add Missing Purchase form has two tabs — Online and In-Store. The information required differs by order type as follows:

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add a past purchase to my Purchase History?
You can submit a request through the myRewards page in your account by selecting “Forgot to Add Your Phone Number At Checkout?” and select which type of purchase you would like to add:
For online orders, use your order confirmation email and have the following ready:
- Email address used at checkout
- Order ID
- Order total
For in-store orders, use your store receipt and have the following ready:
- Order ID
- Purchase date
- Order total
Once your information is verified, the order will appear in your Purchase History alongside your other orders. It will take up to 7 days for your rewards to update.
What types of orders are eligible to be added?
Both online guest orders and in-store purchases are eligible. The following orders cannot be added:
- Orders already linked to a myAcademy Rewards account
- Cancelled or returned orders
- Orders where the details provided do not match what is on file
- Orders placed more than 60 days ago
What information will be shown once my purchase is added?
Once linked, the order will appear in your Purchase History just like your existing orders. The details shown will be consistent with your original transaction and will include:
- Items purchased
- Fulfillment type (e.g., ship to home, store pick up, and in-store purchases)
- Purchase date
How long does it take for my purchase to appear?
Once your request is successfully verified, your purchase should appear in your Purchase History and your rewards will be updated within 7 days.

Why was my request declined?
Your request may have been declined for one of the following reasons:
- The order details you provided do not match what is on file
- The order is already linked to a myAcademy Rewards account
- The order was cancelled or returned
- The order was placed more than 60 days ago
