Account Sign-In
You will enter your email address associated with the account for log-in. If you are
opted
in to receive transactional
text messages, you will receive the one-time passcode via SMS. If you are not opted in
to
receive transactional text
messages, the one-time passcode will be sent to your email. See customer
service page for further information.

Account Management
You will receive special rewards and offers in the myRewards and Insider Access section
of
your account. If you would
like to also receive email or SMS benefits associated with myAcademy, you can change
opt-in
status for myAcademy under
the Manage Account section.
Your birthday reward will be sent to you via email on the 1st day of your birthday month
each year and can
be used any time within your birthday month. You must be subscribed to receive email
marketing to receive
this offer.
Customers can change their birthday under the Manage Account tab in their myAcademy
account.
Customers can change their phone number under Manage Account. You will need to verify
the
new number based on one-time
password.
You cannot change your email address after signing up for myAcademy. You can recover an
email account via SMS OTP if
there are duplicate accounts found. If you need to update an email address, please
contact
Customer Care at
1-888-922-2336.
Customers can delete account in the Manage Account section at the bottom of the page.
Promotions & Offers
Starting on 11/1/24, your welcome offer will be sent to your myRewards section within
your
myAcademy online account.
Prior to the 11/1/24, welcome offers were sent to customers via email. Note that
customers
would only receive their
offers via email if they were subscribed to receive email marketing messages.
The welcome offer will appear in the myRewards section within 4 hours of signing up for
the
program. If the Reward does
not show up within 24 hours, please contact customer care at 1-888-922-2336.
In order to receive your welcome offer, you must complete the myAcademy loyalty rewards
program enrollment process.
Please click the link in the text message you received to complete enrollment or go to
academy.com/myacademy to enroll.
Customers can redeem their welcome and birthday offers either in-store or online.

Starting on 11/1/24, if you have provided your birthday, your birthday reward will be
sent
to your myRewards account on
the 1st day of your birthday month. The offer can be used any time within your birthday
month.
If you enter your birthday in the middle of your birthday month, you will receive your
birthday offer in your myRewards
wallet the following day.
The loyalty program discounts are compatible with certain offers. Please review all the
terms and conditions of offers
when trying to stack them to determine eligibility. If there are further issues, please

reward.
The new icon over the account symbol will represent when there is a new reward assigned
to
your myRewards section. This
will be the summary of all of the new rewards issued to the account.
When a reward or offer is 7 days from the expiration date, there will be a “Expiring
Soon”
badge displayed.
