I just signed up. When and how do I get my welcome offer?
Your welcome offer will be delivered to the myRewards section in your account
immediately after creating a new myAcademy Rewards account. Customers will only receive their offers via
email if they have subscribed to receive email marketing messages.
I entered my phone number in store at checkout but did not receive my welcome offer.
To receive your welcome offer, you must complete the myAcademy Rewards
loyalty program enrollment process. Please click the link in the text message you received to complete
enrollment or go to Academy.com/myAcademy to enroll.
How long does it take to receive the birthday reward after signing up?
If you have provided your birthday, your birthday reward will be sent to your
myAcademy Rewards account on the first day of your birthday month. If you enter your birthday in the
middle of your birthday month, you will receive your birthday offer in your myRewards wallet the
following day. The offer can be redeemed any time within your birthday month.
How do I know what my annual spend at Academy is?
You can track your purchases in your Account Settings. Annual spend can be
found in the Purchases tab in your myAcademy Rewards account. You must be signed in online or enter your
phone number at the register during checkout to ensure your purchase is linked to your account.
When will I receive my annual reward?
Your $25 reward will be delivered to your myAcademy Rewards account within 7
days of meeting the $500 minimum spend threshold.
How many annual rewards can I receive?
Customers are eligible to receive one annual reward per calendar year.
Can loyalty discounts stack with other promotions Academy offers?
The loyalty program discounts are compatible with certain offers. Please
review all the terms and conditions of offers when trying to stack them to determine eligibility. If there
