We strive to do our best to avoid item damage in the shipping process. For Damaged Items, please refer to the Academy Sports + Outdoors return policy. We advise the customer to take the defective item back to a store or begin a return online if able for a refund.

What do I do if I am missing an item in my order?
If you receive your order and there is an item missing, please contact our customer care team via chat, email or phone. Academy Sports + Outdoors has a process that we follow to help either provide a refund or a replacement item.
What do I do if my order says it was delivered and it is missing?
If an order says that it was delivered, please wait 7 days from the delivery date to see if the order arrives. It is also possible that the order was sent via USPS and delivered to your mailbox. If the order is still missing, please have the order number handy and contact customer care.
