Having Difficulty Placing an Order? Orders may not go through due to a number of reasons, including:
- The item may no longer be in stock or available at this time.
- You cannot stack or combine discounts.
- When using a promo code, you must sign in to your Academy.com account.
- Your debit or credit card information does not match your billing information.
Why Won’t a Promotion Apply to My Order?
Issues applying a promotion to your order may be a result of the specific items in your cart not being eligible for said promotion, this could be due to item brand, item category, minimum/maximum price thresholds. Why Can’t I Confirm My Payment Details?
Please ensure all required fields within the Payment Section and Billing Details are filled out before attempting to Confirm your Payment Details. Payment Details cannot be Confirmed until all required fields in the Payment Section have been filled out.
Errors while confirming payment details are typically a result of issues from the issuing bank. If you are unable to place an order or confirm your payment details, please reach out to your bank for additional details.
Why Don’t I See the Payment Method I Am Looking For?
Some payment offerings have restrictions that will not allow us to process orders when restricted items are in the cart. Most common restrictions are Weapons, Weapon accessories, and Ammunition.

Why doesn’t my order count for Free Shipping?
Your order might not qualify for free shipping for a few reasons:

- Firearms and ammunition: These items are specifically excluded from free shipping.

- Non-standard shipping selection: Free shipping applies only to standard shipping. If you chose expedited shipping (e.g., 2-day or 1-day), you'll be charged.
