Excellent for homebrew!
Bought this for homebrewing and it serves that purpose extremely well. Aluminum conducts heat better than stainless steel so it boils up 6.5 gallons of wort very quickly.
Much cheaper than buying through a homebrew shop!

Don't respect too much
I brought this just open the box put water in for cleaning the smell take a day, I don't know why the inside surface getting black color. Properly that material make by plumbum/lead. I don't think that's good for Health.

Great Value and Quality
I have used this pot to do outdoor frying of wings and other food. The pot is tall and easily will fit a turkey when I go that route. The basket is a big plus when cooking smaller items (wings, jalapeño poppers, etc) and I don't have to fish them out with a spoon. It's just lift, drain a second and dump. The marinate injector works well although the items I used it on I cooked on my Big Green Egg. The matched thermometer is nice for ensuring temps are right. The only thing I recommend you will need that is not included is a set of gloves. This is a great wrk put together package that works very well and gives you lots of flexibility. One of my favorite purchases. Thanks Academy for a great product at a great price. I was not given this product at any discount or promotion. My review is a true purchaser review.

On time!
