This heavy and stable base can be filled with up to 80 pounds of high-strength concrete, sand or gravel. Easily transport and set up the base with the removable wheel on bottom and hand grips. The 20.5-inch diameter base features a 14-inch high stem that accommodates poles from 1.5 inches through 2 inches thick.
