This machine's main frame is made of heavy-duty, 3" x 3", high-tensile, 12 gauge steel for durability and includes thick DuraFirm™ back and shoulder pads that contour to your body for comfort. The foot platform is set to a 20° pitch for optimal quad and glute development. Fits Olympic-style plates only (not included). For home or commercial use.
