What Does My Current Order Status Mean?
After you place an order on Academy.com, you’ll be able to track the status of your order — both before and after it’s shipped! Here’s a summary of all the possible statuses you might see when you check your order status:
- Submitted: We’ve processed your order. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email once we ship it out.
- Shipped: We’ve shipped your order! It’s left our Distribution Center and is currently in transit to your provided shipping address.
- Partially Shipped: Some items in your order have been shipped separately. You can view the full details when you click on the order number.
- Delivered: Your order has been delivered.
- Partially Delivered: Some items in your order have been delivered. You can view the full details when you click on the order number.
- Returned: We received your returned order and processed it at our returns facility. A credit will appear on your original method of payment.
- Partially Returned: We received and processed some of the items in your order at our returns facility. A credit will appear on your original method of payment.
- Canceled: We canceled your order. Please refer to your email cancellation notice for more details.
- Partially Canceled: We canceled some of the items in your order. Please click the order number for more details.
