Cancel Your Order

Our team processes orders shortly after customers place one. You’ll have a short period of time to cancel your order once you place it on Academy.com. Users can cancel their order while it is still being prepared. We are not able to guarantee exactly how much time you’ll have at this time.

Follow these steps to check if your order is eligible for cancellation:

1. Go to our ‘Track Orders & Purchases’ page to view the current status of your order.
2. You’ll need to know which email you used when placing the order as well as your order number. Enter this information into the fields.
3. Next, click ‘View Purchase Details’.
4. Click the drop-down right next to ‘View full details’ to see if the item or order is eligible for cancelation.

Troubleshooting Your Order

• Unable to cancel your order? When you’re unable to cancel it, we’ve fully processed the order. Once we process orders, we begin preparing them for shipment. At this point, we are unable to accept cancellations.
