Follow these steps to check if your order is eligible for cancellation:

1. Track Orders & Purchases page to view the current status of your order.
2. You need the mail you used when placing the order as well as your order number. Enter this information into the fields.
3. Next, click ‘View Purchase Details.
4. Click the drop-down right next to View Full Details to see if the item or order is eligible for cancellation.
