How do I sign into myAcademy?
We're thrilled to announce a simplified way to log in to your myAcademy account. We've replaced traditional passwords with a secure One-Time Passcode (OTP), making accessing your account simpler.
Here's how it works:
- Enter your email address: When logging in, simply provide the email associated with your myAcademy account.
- Receive your OTP: If you are opted in to receive transactional text messages, you will receive the one-time passcode via SMS. If you are not opted in to receive transactional text messages, the one-time passcode will be sent to your email.
- Log in securely: Enter the OTP and click "Continue" to access all your personalized myAcademy benefits.
I am not receiving a code to my phone. Can I still log-in?
If you are struggling to receive your one-time passcode via phone, you can select the “Email me a Code” option. If you still do not receive a code to log-in, please contact Customer Care at 1-888-922-2336.
I am getting a Please Try Again Later Error.
If you are experiencing issues with sign in and getting a please try again error, you may resolve some of the issues with clearing the cache in your browser and trying again.
Do I have to verify my phone number?
If you have not entered a one-time passcode with your phone number before, your phone number will be marked as “Unverified.” You are not required to verify your phone number, and you can skip the account verification step at each log-in.
Why can I no longer use my password to sign in to my account?
In order to improve security measures, we have transitioned to utilizing one-time passcodes that are sent via SMS or via Email.
