Great Value (even for Chicom glass)Yes, it is true that you get what you pay for. I would say that this rifle score would be a positive exception to that old adage. This is my second BSA Tactical 1 - 4 x 24 purchase. The first one is mounted on my Marlin 1895G which has held up to the riggers of this hunting season and several trips to the range. The scope holds zero very well, even mounted using the rings that came with it. I must say that I was skeptical at first but, for less than one hundred dollars, it was worth a try. I have been very pleased with the performance of this product and the image clarity especially for Chinese glass.

Great scopeI bought this scope and put it on a .22 rifle. The scope is clear and at a great price. I am looking at buying one for a 30-30 rifle

Good for 22s', Failed while sighting SKSI purchased 2 of these scopes 1 for my ruger 10/22 and another for my SKS.
Mounting was easy on both rifles and sighting in the 22 was relatively simple....only complaint is the cross hairs have a mil dot at the intersection of the lines (different than the picture on the website) which tends to reduce your accuracy.
When sighting in the SKS after 3 rounds shot, the crosshairs dislodged from the scope and rotate freely. Would not recommend this scope for a high power rifle even though it's supposed to be made for them.
