Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good I recently purchased one of these because almost all others were sold out in the store. I needed a 110volt aerator, but this one was dual power(D cell battery or 12v car adapter). I hooked this one up using the 12v adapter and it only ran for about 24hours before it stopped pumping bubbles. I had it running continuously in my bait tank. Motor runs, but seems as if the plastic rotating cam is wore out.

Does anyone know what amperage the 12 volt adapter needs to be? Also, what size is the d/c plug?
