Rated 1 out of 5 by from GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT Very difficult to inflate. Can't inflate fully. Not round. Strange texture-not the typical rubber ball and nothing like what appears in the image for BCG9. Has some pointy like spots. Usable but that's all I can say for it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ball meets my exercise needs I just bought this at Academy and asked the cashier how do I inflate the ball, he called his manager and was told that it's in the box... so I said ok. Got home and opened the box to find no instructions. Went on line and saw Ytube video and then read these reviews! You have to first pull the white plug out. The small 1/8" by 4" hallow stick is for you to blow up the ball but as it gets fuller the air starts leaking around the white hole.... tough to get it fully inflated with air leaking at the same time your blowing it up!!! Buyer beware!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 9 inch core ball Send with directions. Really! Come on! It would save everyone some time. Just say remove the plug. It would really help.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lack of instructions To begin with it should state that plug needs to be removed to inflate. It comes with a stick that could be used to inflate but plug must be removed. It also be handy for it to include exercises that could be done with it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Inflating problems This ball should have 1 instruction - remove the white plug to inflate.  That plug is hard to remove, doesn't look like a plug, and the straw provided confuses the issue.

I have a straw but can not inflate the ball

Asked by: Bill099
Hello Bill099, The BCG™ 9" Core Stability Ball can be inflated by using a ball pump or bike tire pump. You would insert the valve from the pump into the allotted nozzle or opening on the ball after removing the plug and inflate based on the type of pump you use. The straw is used to inflate the ball orally. You could use your pump and needle to inflate the ball using the straw.
