You're completely on your own with this product
This is probably the worst product I have ever ordered online from any source. The product had been opened and likely returned multiple times. The parts had been dumped in the box and re-taped shut with packing and masking tape. Items were missing. Items were mixed together so you couldn't tell what was what. Items were damaged. If that wasn't bad enough, the instructions are wholly unhelpful. And despite the massive amount of loose parts just spilling around the box, I ultimately had to go to the hardware store to buy parts to properly mount the backboard on the wall. Don't waste your time, money, or sanity buying or trying to install a backboard using this product.

Bracket was fine. Basketball backboard and goal set should have come with bracket.

Will this mounting bracket fit the spalding 50" polycarbonate-basketball-backboard and rim combo? One site says it will fit "most" residential and another site said it will only fit up to a 48".
