Taurud Judge packing from
Taurus Judgerevolver LoveS this ammoI like to plink at plywood and other stuff for practice with these Remington slugs.
They have some kick but not too much but accompanying the recoil is that heavy and loud blast which is very impressive for that thrill of knowing something BiG and PoweRFuL just happened. It's definitely an attention grabber.
These Slugs leave a nice chunked out hole in my 5/8 inch plywood and the lead deforms well enough to leave a destructive wound tract in a softer target and at about 4 or 6 yards, they're accurate, especially once I familiarized myself how the Judge Polymer Defender handled and where it placed the slugs.
I usually keep the first three chambers loaded with 000 Buckshot and the last two with Slugs.
For Defense, my thinking is: at 1 to 6 yards, the first 3 chambers of buckshot should seriously wound a live target and at the least, stun/ shock it enough to allow time for me to take even better aim at a fatal area and pound the last two Slugs in.
Pro's - everything good
Con's - nothing bad to say, other than they're pricey
Bottom Line: Yes, I recommend, Get Some and lay them down range a bit. You'll be glad you did

I can't find a 1/2oz slug sold by Remington for the 410, all they have is a 1/5oz. I don't want to order these if they're non-refundable and end up being labeled wrong.
