You get what you pay forI haven't played in a goal in a while, but needed something. I needed a finger shield. That is the only reason they are getting more than one star. If anyone says they don't last, you may need to find out if they are playing indoor or outdoor because simply put: The Indoor turf tares up goalie pants, and gloves. There are indoor gloves which I will buy after these (next season). I thought I could get away with 30,but honestly, spending 60 (while more) will last longer, get a better grip, and still can get a finger shield. The grip on these is terrible. Unless that ball is lobbed to me, it is extremely hard to hold onto. I have pondered about using goalie glue, but I find it cheating, so I won't. If you can go without a finger shield, go with an Adidas glove from Academy but if you need the protection, buy another brand. Unfortunately Academy doesn't carry higher end goalie gloves.

Not goodThese gloves have no grip and feel cheap. I wouldn't waste my money on this. If I were to recommend a glove from academy it would be the Adidas Ace Replique.

poor qualityAfter one in door game and one practice the gloves began to brake down. The right hand seams are ripping at the knuckles. the right index finger material is torn deep, The left hand is also showing wear already at the palm and finger tips, the area most used. NOTE I am new to the sport and my first game as goal keeper with gloves I can not imagine someone more experienced then me. Yes only $30 gloves don t waste your money. I can tell goalkeeper gloves take a beating especially in practice. So buy the best within your budget I surely will.
