Good vest!
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Reaper842 weeks agoGot this for the Murph body armor workout and other PT. It is well made and comfortable. It has 43 individual 1lb weighted packs you put in the slots inside the vest. You can add as little or as much weight as you want to the vest. The two big velcro straps hold it in place well and comfortably, even when running its snug with no rubbing issues. The slots hold up well and the weight packs have stayed in place. No complaints at all

Great bang for the buck. I have never had a weight vest so I have nothing to compare this against. I am a size 42 chest and it fits pretty good maybe a little big but manageable. It would be interesting to see weight the medium size fit like. The quality seems good but probably not great the velcro that is sewn on the bottom looks like after many uses it might fall apart but it is holding up well for now. I use mine for running about 5 miles and for weighted pull-ups and such. Hope this helps someone.

Adjustable weighted vest-good flexibility
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Leelafry4 years agoThis vest contains 8 pockets for 2.5lb bags of weight. It is very easy to remove the weight bags, a bit more difficult to return them. I wanted this vest as I am just beginning my exercise routine and wanted the flexibility to work up to 20 lbs. I started with 10 lbs, evenly distributed around the vest (2 in the front, 2 in the back). I found it very easy to wear while walking on the treadmill, and there is a mesh so air can flow a bit to reduce the sweat. I have since added 5 lbs (LF and RR). ... The vest feels a bit lopsided until I shift it around a bit and then it is fine. I am a small frame person and this fits quite well, the Velcro straps are nearly too long so I suspect this would work well on a much larger person as well.

difficult to put on
This reviewer rated product 3 out of 5 stars.robert19113 years agoThe weight vest hard to put on by yourself. The straps and velcro are in the back, and it's hard to reach around and tighten up the straps. Also there are no instructions in the box on how to put on the vest. Because I could tighten the straps, the vest kept moving around and coming undone. Please let me know if there is an easier way to put on the vest and secure it. Thank you.

The description does not state this, but the weights are 2.5 lbs each. They feel pretty heavy and stay in place well.

I'm glad I bought it.
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Jo P2 years agoThe vest is comfortable--shoulders don't bind (just as the product description states) and the adjustable waistline is quick and easy to fasten and unfasten. I like the fact that the weights are removable from the vest. I've started with a lower amount of weight, and periodically add more weight to give me more benefit. I highly recommend this product.

Great for wrists or ankles
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Ihalmiut 2173 years agoI use them for ankle weights, though they're a bit too short for this purpose (being clearly designed for wrists). They're solidly made and well designed -- good to last a lifetime. Each is a 2.5 pound self-closing object (there are no "straps").
