Great standThis reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.BigDee23 years ago
Putting the stand together was straight forward and simple. The stand is heavy, but that is the trade off for the feeling of security for a big man (295). I don't plan on moving it very much, But if you do you need at least 2 people to get it in position. I have not hunted out of it because it's not time yet. If you are thinking about getting some lumber and "building" a stand, this would be a much better option. It is all ready engineered to be SAFE and comfortable.
Fantastic Stand! Very Well built! This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.TripleTTaxidermy5 years ago
Fantastic bow stand. Stand is constructed very heavy duty and is also very comfortable. Platform of stand is huge compared to your regular 69.99 15' ladder stands. Seat is padded and also flips up to provide extra shooting room. I personally have only bowhunted from mine and have not placed the shooting rest on my stand but from a bowhunters perspective, you can't beat this ladder stand. I own a Summit Viper climbing stand as well and would recommend Summit stands to everyone. Just my personal ... opinion! Only con to this stand is that it has no quick clip pens for disassembly of the legs. Its put together with 1/2" bolts and nuts. However it is very well built and sturdy.

Hunting Ladder Stands
Looking for a great way to stay out of sight as you keep an eye out for incoming game? Install a sturdy ladder stand at your favorite hunting spot. While many are not easily portable, they're great for hunters who frequent a single area. Perched high above the ground, you'll be able to enjoy a bird's-eye view of the land, while maintaining a shooting position that's comfortable for you.
Ladder Treestands Let You Shoot In Comfort From A Distance
Hunting ladder stands affix to a tree for stability and provide an area at the top for you to sit and enjoy the view from upwards of 20 feet above ground. The ladder features sturdy rungs for easy climbing, and some are designed to blend into the surroundings, much like other treestands and blinds, to help prevent game from being alerted to your presence. Providing a more stable vantage point than bare branches, seats with padded armrests and gun rests help keep you comfortable and your weapon steady when it's time to shoot. If you'll be hunting with a buddy this season, browse 2-person ladder treestands, so you can easily show him or her the ropes from above.
