Bad Shot Kill
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.TexasHunting6 years agoI purchased these broad-heads for my Barnett Jackal crossbow to attempt my first bow season. They shoot just like the field tips that came with my bow. The last day of bow season i finally got my chance to harvest a doe, my first ever using an arrow, just as i pulled the trigger she took a step to the right resulting in a bad shoot. The bolt entered the ribs and excited the hind leg. Almost no blood trail, yet after about 60 yards she was recovered. I gave the G5 Montec a five star rating ... because it was easy to use, sharp enough to break ribs, and causes enough damage to kill even with a bad shot. I don't see any reason to try anything else.

Best Mechanical Broadhead Made!
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.DeadDeerRDelicious3 years agoI have used mechanicals in the past with not good results. I could not stand it any longer, I had to try these broadheads. Recently traveled to Nebraska to hunt some bruiser bucks, and had the luck of harvesting a nice representative. 240lbs 8 pt. The swhacker did its job, had a hard quartering away shot at 29 yards. I was high in the tree so I had a heck of an angle on the deer, took out the lungs and the heart with a complete pass thru shot. The blood trail was unbelievable, the deer ran 60 ... yards and expired. AWESOME MECHANICAL!!! I will purchase more of these!

Everything I was looking for in a broadhead
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Beauxman2 years agoI have shot and tuned many broadheads over the last 25 years, and have been nothing more than satisfied with Swhacker broadheads. I have shot them from vertical to crossbows with all deer recovered and good entry and exit wounds. Last year I bought several of the newest and most popular heads on the market to test out of my new crossbow to see if any shot or performed best, well after a few hounded dollars later and a few broken heads the Swhacker 100gr 2" head performed best. The Swhacker was ... the ONLY head that hit exact point of impact as field points out to any yardadge.

I am Impressed!
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.mindscape5 years agoWow! I got these because I read reviews on other sites that all toted that these broadheads fly like a field point. I thought I would give them a try, and with Academy's killer return policy, I really had nothing to lose except some time, so I got them. I am not returning them. They do fly just like my field points. I shoot a Diamond Infinite Edge set at 60 lbs, and a 29 in draw length. Out to 45 yards they fly true. Can't wait for deer season to start. I know I'll be on target with these.

very reliable broadheads!
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Shepdad3 years agoI bought these broadheads last year and used some for target practice. They shot better groups than any broadhead I have used. During deer season had a 35 yard shot at 8 point buck and the arrow and broadhead hit exactly where I aimed. Deer only went 30 yards after the shot. This is the only broadheads I use now.

Good broadhead
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.RyanUp4 years agoI bought this broadhead about 2 weeks ago from academy. They are good broadheads but mine dulled pretty easily, but a sharpening block later and it's an easy fix, so it wouldn't hurt to have a sharpener or a wet rock laying around. I would recommend this to a friend and I'm going to buy some more in the near future. The price seems a little high at first but in this kind of business you get what you pay for.

This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.MGArmory1 year agoHi I bought these a few weeks back, I checked them to see if they were dead on target they were, I had a hunt on Dec.15-18th 2016 I had a doe present itself at 25 yards I made a good hit, it ran 50-65 yards and I recovered it. Best broadhead to put in your quiver!
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Customers2 months agoThere are by far the best broadheads I've ever used/ or had the pleasure of harvesting an animal with. they fly true just like a fieldpoint which is something I look for in a hunting broadhead. excellent blood trails especially if you get a pass through shot with blood coming from both sides. I was blessed to have taken 4 deer this past season (2 does to fill the freezer and 2 trophy whitetail bucks) and when I field dressed the deer, the holes in the carcass's were just phenomenal and a ... testament to why I chose wac 'em over any other broadhead manufacturer. I was originally gonna go with Rage Trypan's since I had used the Rage Hypo's a couple years ago, but I could get these cheaper than the Trypan's, not only are they 3 blade (which I like) but you get 4 broadheads cheaper than what you can get 3 broadheads for and IMO they are better than a Trypan (a buddy and I had a broadhead test one day) which don't get me wrong, both are tough and held up to the test, but wac 'ems are the bomb bomb. So all in all, they are some of the best broadheads you can put in your quiver for deer hunting, elk hunting, moose hunting, etc. they are guaranteed to give you success!

Great broadhead
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Manvel Man4 months agoI’m new to crossbow hunting and wasn’t sure what broadhead to purchase. Decided on Muzzy and boy am I glad. These are very accurate and do the job well!! Took three Texas whitetails, all three shots were pass through. I’ll be able to re-use one of the broadheads, the other hit a fence and I lost another. Just bought two more packages

Best mechanical broadhead ever!
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Lawdog1366 months agoI've been a bowhunter since 1976. I used to shy away from mechanicals because they are so prone to failure on many levels...pre-mature open in flight, fail to open on impact, fails on angle shots, etc. Because of age I now use a crossbow with hyper bolt speed. My beloved Muzzy heads plane, so I tried the Rage heads when they first came out. They work, but NOT always, and they're flimsy. Switched to Swhacker when they first came out and have not even entertained the idea of using any other ... big game point since. These do exactly like advertised. I've taken several large hogs, several deer, and coyotes with the Swhacker and have had not a single failure of any type. They open no matter the impact angle, never open in flight, and the wound channel is HUGE. Everything I've shot with them has fallen within sight of my stand, but if you need to bloodtrail you want have any problem finding it... I have not been compensated by this company for this endorsement, just offering advice on an excellent product in the interest of ethical hunting and certain game recovery. Buy some, you'll happy!
