Good Product
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.pumkinseed4 years agoI have a Old Town Guide 119 I removed the factory seat and made a few modifications so I could use the Sit backer. I have been on several fishing trips with it and I'm very pleased. So pleased that I bought another one for my 14 Ft Old Town canoe.

Wife loves it
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.Ray22 years agoAttached it to my Coleman canoe and went for 1 hour ride. Wife said is was very comfortable. Only thing I would add longer straps under the seat to secure it to the canoe seat, about 2 inches longer. I use an old Coleman black plastic sit-back and I think I will change to the new sit-back.

Nice but huge
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.buildzit8 months agoNice cover to keep the insects out of your boat. Well made and have not found the issues others have stated about the zipper. I have the 'A' 10 foot model and fits my wife's pescador perfectly. Now the 'B' is huge. I know it says for up to 13'-0" but the issue is the girth. My pescador 12 would probably fit twice. A 12'-0" Jon boat would fit in this thing. Still does what it's intended to do. Would buy again. Works great in my carport. Wouldn't think it's meant for outdoor storage though.

Heavy material, easy to use
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.Yakker9891 year agoI can't review it's durability because I've only had it a month. It is on a rack in full sun in south central TX, so time will tell. However, the material is heavy and the zipper is long enough to easily cover my Emotion Stealth 11 Angler myself without wrestling it. It fits this yak with plenty (maybe too much) room to spare -- a lot of excess material vertically, but would certainly work for a deeper hulled watercraft. Handles at bow and stern make it easy for two to carry, but no side ... handles for an overhead lift by one. The water repellency also makes the cover a little slippery, so instead of getting it on the rack myself, hubby now has to help, but for most guys that probably wouldn't be an issue. For the price, it will be worth it even if I have to replace it in a couple years after the sun destroys it.

Not for Pelican Castaway 116 DLX
This reviewer rated product 3 out of 5 stars.Mr_O_19754 years agoI had to take these back since they don't fit the yak I fish with (Pelican Castaway 116 DLX). Over all these are well built scupper plugs and I wish they would have worked.

Great Kit
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.BayouBound3 years agoHave had this kit installed on my kayak about 5 months now with 0 problems. Very easy to install and a life saver when fishing in the wind. Pair this with a piece of pvc pipe for a stake out pole and your set. One of my top 3 accessories for my kayak. You can't go wrong with the Yak-Gear brand.

A fishing must have.
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Fish413 years agoI bought this last spring and actually had it installed in the store by a Yak Gear sales rep. He did a great job and it has worked very well. In my opinion, every fishing kayak must have an anchor trolley.

Easy to use.
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.MommaRuff2 years agoThese are easy to install and loading the kayaks is a breeze. We even put two sets on top of the car and carried 4 kayaks! The only confusing part was that the nuts for the screw handles were inside the handle and hard to see at first.

great product but not excellent
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.jsmith3363 years agoThis system was exactly what I was looking for to store my pelican kayaks under my carport. The only complaint I have is the thickness of the straps. It's too thin. The morning sun was able to hit the straps for a few hours each day as the kayaks were being stored for the winter months and they dry rotted and I came home from work one day to find both my kayaks on the ground after the straps broke. Find a more sturdy material that lasts longer with UV exposure please!

Inexpensive and functional way to store two kayaks
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.oneadam123 years agoI think that this is an inexpensive and functional way to store two kayaks. I stored my two kayaks in the garage and they are hanging neatly out of the way of my two cars. There is brevity in the instructions so a bit of sense is needed when putting up the contraption. Overall, it is a good product.

Great design but Terrible zippers
This reviewer rated product 3 out of 5 stars.Hummer4u23 weeks agoI bought this bag and used only 3 times, then the zipper broke! The overall bag has a great design but the zipper seems to be made of soft aluminum and opens apart like a clam shell when you pull on the zipper handle. The store exchanged it and I was extremely careful with the 2nd bag...but this zipper broke also after only 6 uses!! I spoke with the store Mgr again and showed the soft metal zipper bends very easily. They exchanged (3rd bag) and informed me to call/tell Corporate offices. I did ... and they offered 'another exchange' when it breaks. NOOOO! Heres an idea - how about they get a better zipper?!? It holds 2bags of 10lbs of ice and still 'cold' after 8hrs sitting on deck in Louisiana 80degree sun, but its all melted into cold water by then, and a slow drip from seams. Overall great design, average insulation, nelow average seams, and terrible zipper.

Better than expected
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.steveberry11 months agoBought this to use on my kayak as a beer cooler. Holds a case of cans with ice. It doesn't leak but it will sweat like every soft cooler with no hardliner. The bag is made well and rides great on my h12. 50 bucks is a steal compared to other similar bags online.

Perfect for 2 kayaks
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Jmeyer2 years agoWarning: If you didn't have the straps tight enough or in the right location (there is one blue strap reserved specifically to tie the boats together, separate from the racks), you are the reason this won't work correctly. I took a 45 minute drive from the store to my home, both kayaks still in the plastic, and installed both this and the bare roof rack system on my car in one day. The instructions were a little hazy, but it was easily deciphered. Because the plastic was still on the kayaks and ... everything was new, I did have to stop about half way home in order to re-tighten the straps and re-position the blocks and straps. This is my first time buying anything watercraft related, so if a newbie can get this thing to work, a seasoned kayaker should be able to do this with no issues.

Kit did not come as pictured....
This reviewer rated product 3 out of 5 stars.flush2 years agoKit came in no time which was great, and had every thing I needed, however the kit did not come as pictured, From what I could see it pictured 6 rivets, which did not come with my kit, and would have been better than the screws.

Carried 13-foot kayak securely on roof rack
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.dph624 years agoI used this kit to carry a 13-foot, 60+ pound tandem kayak on the roof rack of a Chevy Trailblazer. We drove nearly two hours at speeds of up to 65 mph with no problem. When we arrived the kayak was as secure as when we left.

Cheap, but...
This reviewer rated product 3 out of 5 stars.Leovedo1 year agoIt's cheap, but it's hard to put the kayak on the top of the foams by yourself. Also, I was driving in a windy day, and I lost one of the foam blocks, and almost the kayak.

Best kayak flag on the market!
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.PaddleYakker2 years agoThis is by far the best flag out there for kayaks. The mighty mount makes attaching the flag easy and the included hardware for the mighty mount itself makes install a breeze. Love how the light itself folds up and stores into the flag. This makes storage as easy as it gets. Not to mention it comes with batteries out of the package! Hope Academy carries more YakAttack products in the future!!
