Takes some practice to get used to. Everything except the tires fits in my kayak. My kayak weighs approx 70-80 lbs and this cart makes it possible for me to move out myself. The only problem I forsee is the strap clip, might add a ratchet strap type latch.

Bought this for my Jackson Coosa HD. Read lots of reviews of different trolleys/carts and it came down to between the Sea Summit and the C-Tug. Liked the Summit but getting the supports in the scupper holes by yourself was difficult - kick stand would help. Found the c-tug fairly easy to assemble, if you follow the instructions (including the video on strap installation) and easy to use. The strap is plenty long enough with extra to spare. Where I kayak the landings are unimproved, anything ... between deep sand, rocks, drop-offs and uneven terrain. Not sure if there is a trolley that will handle all those conditions but the c-tug did as well as can be expected. One more thing, I try to buy products made in USA or at least from countries that somewhat like us, C-tug is made in New Zealand.
