Very good arrow for the price.
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.unhappy guy2 years agoI use Eàston 2119's for hunting and these 2117's for target shooting. These are very accurate and durable arrows. I have seen reviews from people saying they bend and fall apart but that is not my experience. I use a good target and backup base and make sure my arrows don't dive to deep into the target. This seems to give them very long life. Also don't believe the so called experts these arrows cut down to your draw length very well with a high speed cutter.

Wait...what?
This reviewer rated product 3 out of 5 stars.ensoniqman12 years agoHad these ordered two weeks ago from Academy. When they arrived, I inspected them. The shafts and inserts looked fine. Couldn't be it for the price. However the fletchings disappointed me: it looks as though someone ripped off the old (or original) fletchings and replaced them, with cheap glue, and didn't bother to align along the shaft. Not sure if this is a QC issue with Easton, or if these were returns to Academy that someone made a cheap fix on. Next time, I will stick with Carbon Express.

best price
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.Flagman5 years agoI am not an archery expert. Recently I got a compound bow and was surprised at cost of arrows. I had just made a foam rubber target for crossbow and ordered some allen carbon arrows online @$7 each for the compound bow. They shattered on the second shot.(2 out of 3). I went to academy sports and bought the last 2 2219 arrows they had. I noticed they also were strained by the foam rubber target so I made a new target with bale of hay backed by foam rubber. It was perfect. I went on line and order ... a dozen 2219 arrows and qualified for free shipping. They have been working great for last couple weeks. I would give 5 stars but I don't know about better ones. These are working great for me.

Over priced
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.Faatz14 years agoI bought this arrow to practice with for hunting season. They started coming apart about the 6th or 7th shot. I shoot a hour a day to practice. I have always used Easton products but I would buy these anymore

Awesome product
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Chiliman WF7 months agoI'm speaking from experience and this is one amazing arrow. Even with poor shot placement the slash mag 300 arrows get the job done nearly every time. The inset blades in the shaft deliver a devistating wound channel. If only these arrows were on the market when I began hunting I'd have more heads on my wall and less headaches.

Best arrows ive ever bought
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Cameron mccauley7 months agoI just started shooting slash recently i switched from maxima reds and im really happy with them you would think they do not penetrate as did i but the way the broadhead cuts the first hole it allows for the inset blades a smooth path to follow and open! Ill just tell you if you like a large cutting diameter broadhead slash arrows are what you need to buy!

Great penetration with a huge wound channel
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Kenny Davis7 months agoJust shot two does with the Slash Express Arrows, the arrows went through them so fast, the arrows were already stuck in the ground before the deer even moved. I also shot a 7" cinnamon bear in British Columbia 3 months ago at 50 yards and a 350" RedStag in New Zealand last year using Slash Arrows, complete pass through on each. Still amazed at being able to get such great penetration while make such a huge hole. Best of both worlds, fixed blade on the front end punching the initial hole, ... followed by a devastating 2" cut. Benefits of a fixed blade and mechanical in one arrow.

Great features!
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Beth Cook7 months agoI've been using slash arrows for two years now & absolutely love them! I have a complete pass through! These arrows have a fixed blade as the broad head & a mechanical blade in the shaft which is a deadly combination! I highly recommend this product!

! ARROWS 4 KILLIN !
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.JenDarden2 years agoThese arrows have been amazing for me. I killed my first white tailed deer with these arrows, and my bow wasn't very powerful but with these arrows it was no problem. I bought 10 of them last year with my birthday and Christmas gift cards. And this year I came back for more.

Again and Again
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.brigade1013 years agoI have used these arrows now for 4 years with great success and more so dependability. Have had them pass through deer hit rocks and still fly straight leftwards. .025 is tight enough tolerance for me. Might be some tighter but I shoot 3-4" groups at 30 all day long. An excellent hunting arrow ,these are fantastic. I shoot the 250's for deer and 350's for hogs. Here is a management buck I shot last year at 33 yards He fell @ 5 yards

This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.clewis993 years agoBought 6 of these down at academy a few weeks ago. Nice groupings. Then I put on a set of Swacker broadhead. Took two doe over the weekend from 25 yards. Arrow had no problem being re-used after going through a lung shot.

Solid Arrow
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.utexas20152 years agoI bought these arrows in a package with my Stinger X Stiletto. I shot competitive target for a year and am now buying my own equipment. These arrow were a great start. I can't give a judgement on how accurate they are because I'm still playing around with my form. However, none of my groups are larger than my palm (which is a very small palm), so they seem to be pretty decent. Durability - I shot one arrow into the cement floor of the range on accident - just not paying attention - and the only ... damage was to the field point. It was a little dinged on the tip but still flies perfectly and enters and exits the targets with no problem. I changed the tips to the Allen Company fat belly points with O-rings because I got tired of having to tighten them after every few shots. Other than the screw-in points coming loose on occasion, these arrows have given me absolutely no problems. I will say that I am having to buy more because the pack only comes with 4 and I need at least 5 arrows to shoot competitively.

Great arrows
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.Bowhunter7869 months agoGreat arrows. Been shooting Mayhem for years. Be aware that they are sent pre cut and inserts glued. There's nothing about this in description. Thank goodness I shoot 30" arrows and these were cut at 31". On the box it has chhecl boxes for 29", 30" & 31" pre cut length. There's not even an option when you buy to choose which one. And the glued in insert kinda sucks cause now I have to cut and buy new inserts. Other than that, I love the arrows. Also don't have Bulldog collars like the ... original Mayhem's do.

great arrow
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.stork leg1 year agoI have been very happy with these arrows but don't understand why the listed price here is more than double what I can get them at any bow shop this is a $6 arrow and that's cut to size. Meanwhile here they are $12.50 each uncut??? Academy has become one of the higher priced stores over the past few years and no one seems to notice.
