Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Popping Cork on the market! I've been using MidCoast products for about a year now and can say with all honesty that this is the best cork I've ever used. I pretty much use this exclusively for trout fishing on the flats. Loud popping sound due to those large beads. The weight that is molded onto the stainless shaft makes throwing this cork like chunking a baseball. Great distance from every cast. If this cork has one downside, It's the stainless shaft as opposed to a titanium shaft like the Bomber corks. I have found however that the gauge of the material makes it extremely hard to bend. The only time that I have bent one of these corks was due to my own stupidity (stepped on it) and have yet to have one bent by a fish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Float I bought this at the beginning of summer and have fished it hard. It casts very well and is noisy with a good slurp/gulp sound when the float dips under water. Also, the small beads make a clack when worked lightly. The paint has started coming off, but that doesn't affect the fish. I like this one more than the outcast as the leader attaches to the bottom, not the same eyelet as the line...makes for less tangles. It's tough to see at night, that's my only complaint.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works wonders! Very noisy(GOOD), casts far, and catches fish. Enough said.
