They bulge when frozenI have 4 of these. When they freeze, they bulge out in the middle about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch. Then they won't lay flat, and you can't lay other stuff flat on top of them and get good contact.

poor qualityI bought several sizes of these and have the same issue with all of them. I haven't bought a lot of ice packs so I could be wrong in thinking this is an issue but when they freeze they form a high point in the middle of the pack that sticks out about an inch taller then the profile of it when it is unfrozen. It peaks like a mountain in the middle and makes it difficult to stack things on and around.

I just bought three FREEZPAK and I just want to know: Do I have to put the pak into the freezer? How long is it in the freezer?. Also, how long will it last in an insulated bag.
Asked by: Irene Helen
This is a great freezerpac. I have purchased a few of them. I also use them as a. Ice pack for sore muscles.
They last about 4 hours in my lunch bag & if you have more than 1 I. Your insulated bag it will last longer.
They don't need to be stored in the freezer until you need to use it. They take a few hours to freeze so eave it at least 24 hours for optimal use.
I would recommend these pacs.
