Horrible designI hope all of bcg products aren't this horrible, I just got it today and I tried putting it on my door and it refused to stay on, I did manage to put it on twice but when I put my feet in it it just fell off the door, tried for 2 hours but to no avail, do not buy this product

Worked like a Champ! Awesome and Easy to use!Being able to do sit-ups at home is essential to my 2014 workout plan. The BCG Sit-Up Bar allowed me to use a door in my home to be able start and increase my numbers of repetitions. This is a very reasonably priced tool that I have been using daily!
The BCG™ Sit-Up Bar is installed by unscrewing the knob on the sit-up bar and slide it under the door. Position the sit-up bar in the center of the door and tighten the knob. Be careful not to damage the door frame, then close the door. You can then adjust the height of the sit-up bar by unscrewing the wing nut. You can reposition the sit-up bar in the desired groove on the neck of this bar and reset the wing nut.
