Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Good My son the college soccer player has used it for a while to rehab. I took it and since I am not very good, I abuse it by landing on it a lot. No issues at all. I assume you can buy different lenghths. It feel a few inches short for me, but not enough to bother me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great workout! My daughter and I have had this jump rope for a year now. It is still holding up. ...unlike some other reviews on this site. Ours was definitely worth the purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great, easy to adjust You can adjust rope's length by popping off the plug in the end of one of the handles (doesn't matter which one). You will find a tension slide lock(?) on the rope. Adjust the lock by sliding it down the rope to the desired length and cut off the slack. Note: I did have to use a flat-blade screwdriver to pop off plug.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage Rope came out of the handle on the first day. Doesn't seem to be any way to reattach. No instructions to shorten if needed. But now it's usless anyway.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fire the Chinese manufacturer. They just stuck the rope ends in the handles...unattached and the rope comes flying out of the handle on first try. I will never by any BCG product again. After half hour trying to open the handle to attach the rope, I gave up

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for the price I purchased this jump rope about a month ago. Not knowing how expensive jump ropes could get I bought it mostly for the price. It works great, easy grip handles, and being 5'2 it isn't too long for me. So I am happy!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rope made it about five jumps before breaking This rope made it about five jumps before breaking. As others have said, this rope is simply not durable enough. Also, the rope claims to be adjustable. I assumed that meant that there is a way to adjust the length of the rope. If such a mechanism exists, I can't find it. This product is a waste of money. Buy something else.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not smooth as advertised Used for a month and before it started jamming. One handle sticks and causes one end ofvthe rope to hang back and then snap forward. It causes the rope to become angled eventually leading to getting smacked on the shin or elbow. Lesson learned? Just get a regular jump rope without fancy ball bearings for smoother action.

Packaging indicates rope to be "adjustable" but no instructions on how to do that. Does anybody know how to adjust it?

Asked by: Tracy1
Hello Tracy, The BCG™ Speed Jump Rope is adjustable. You would unscrew the end of the handle and pull the rope through. You can then tie a knot to the appropriate length and can cut the remainder rope if it does not fit inside the handle.
