Polar Fitness FT1 Heart Rate Monitor

The Polar Fitness FT1 Heart Rate Monitor is designed for basic fitness use and cardiac rehabilitation. An anatomically designed chest transmitter attaches to an elastic belt, monitors your continuous heart rate and transmits coded data to the wrist unit. HeartTouch™ technology offers button-free operation of the wrist unit, so you can view your heart rate without disturbing your exercise rhythm. Visual and audible alarms alert you when you've strayed outside of your target heart rate zone.
