Great summer sausageBought it last weekend and made the sausage. Let it cure over night in the fridge. Smoked it for about 2 1/2 hrs, let it cool in the fridge over night and had to try it. This makes a summer sausage that is better than most store bought sausages I have tried. Very, very tasty.
