Hi Mountain Jerky Cracked Black Pepper and GarlicMy husband and I have muscovy ducks. We use this seasoning blend for making duck jerky. It is a handsdown favorite amoung our 23 grandchildren. They like it so much you could say they hoard their stashes of jerky.
