Quick AnchoringThis Poll type anchor is good for short term setting and retrieving. It is ideal for use in the flats or depths of 3-4 ft or less. It can be a little tricky to set in moderate water current. It is a great economical choice for small boats (less than 20 ft) compared to a powerpole. Given the choice again I would opt for the 6 ft version for leverage and ease of setting. None the less I am satisfied with this product.
