Used by Chefs and LOVED!I bought a 16-blade Jaccard tenderizer ten years ago because I had seen it used in restaurant preparation. It has been wonderful and has provided service and results so good I am now looking at the 48-blade version. Since then I have become a certified chef and now cook larger items and amounts and the big one would be perfect for my needs. I would highly recommend the Jaccard Tenderizer to anyone who wants to really have tender meats of all kinds. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Hello, uncle turkey.
The Jaccard® Supertendermatic 16-Blade Meat Tenderizer features 16 stainless steel knives that penetrate the meat - making any cut of meat tender. The tenderizer can be used with a variety of meats, including roasts, steaks, chicken, fish, and whole turkeys. The meat tenderizer creates "meat tunnels" so that cooking times are reduced by up to 40% and the tunnels also help to keep flavor and juices in the meat while cooking. You simply hold the meat tenderizer and push it down into the meat - the knives will release from the bottom of the tenderizer and into the cut of meat.
