Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shallow water lure. Bought four of these to replace the one I lost to a 26"+ trout last month. These are terrific in shallow (2-3 ft) water for trout, reds and snook. They cast great, suspend at 1-2 ft depth on retrieve and are very realistic in shape and color. My favorite for Tampa Bay is the BayouGreenPearlSilverLuminescence.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Lure for Gulf Fishing On a recent trip, caught both Pompano and several Spanish Mackerel with this lure (17MR 808). This was one of few go-to lures anytime there was action in the water. Fished these in or near the surf beyond the breakers trolling behind a kayak.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from looks just like shad! Bought this lure last year and never used it until my recent trip to Lake Texoma in south Oklahoma. wind was up and had trouble finding stripers. When we did find them, I could not get a hit on what I was using. Pulled out the mirrolure, tied it on and with 5 casts, had 5 fish in the boat. continued to use nothing but this lure the rest of our trip and limited out on 3 separate trips! Going to buy a lot more of these!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from trout and red fish beware mirrolure's mirrodine is a go to bait when it comes to flats fishing. i have been out on the flats and cought a limit of 12 legal trout in less than 3 hours many times over. add a little pro cure shrimp scent to it and hold on the fish will fight over it. i dont know if anyone else are using these for large mouth bass but they will crush these baits as well

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mirrodine There is a reason why this product has stood the test of time. It simply works. The green back produces well on FL flats.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great lure for Specks and Reds My brother and I have fished 17's for several years now and they have become our bait of choice, especially for Speckled Trout. We use several different colors for changes in weather conditions. The twitching action and slow sink of these baits are deadly. We have caught monster Specks 30" plus while fishing these baits.
