Rated 3 out of 5 by from Idea for the price If you're looking to not spend very much money, but still want to execute certain exercises, I would highly recommend this ball. But in the last couple years I've gone through two. You can feel that the rubber is somewhat flimsy and is not made for rigorous use. But I love mine and still use it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed Very thin shell, not as nice as my other exercise ball

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality You get what you pay for in this case. Poor quality - it's like a balloon, you sink all the way down, at least half way. Cannot blow it up to be harder.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Squishy In an attempt to correct my posture and improve my core strength, I bought this ball to replace my office chair. This ball was recommended for people who are 5'3" to 5'11". I am 5'6, 180lbs. I followed the inflation directions, and made sure the ball was as close to 65cm as it could be. The "burst-resistant" material is too soft and squishy. According to fitness instructors, the knees should be as close to a 90 degree angle as possible when sitting on the ball, but because of how soft the rubber is, I was sitting much lower than I should have been. I even added a little more air. It had almost no impact on the firmness of the ball. It might be safer because it's burst-resistant, but it isn't doing the job. It's so soft that I don't feel like I am sitting on a ball. I feel like I am sitting in a bean bag. I also bought a 75cm ball just in case, only to find that I was pretty much sitting at the same height on the 75cm ball, as I was on the 65cm ball. The 75cm ball was fully inflated at the proper size, but seemed to be even more squishy than the 65cm ball.

Does not hold air.  There were no instructions to let you know what nozzle to use.  Should a plug have been included?

I did not receive an instructions with my purchase. What should I inflate this ball to?

Asked by: edmid
Hello Edmid, Fill the ball to a level that you feel is comfortable using the 90-degree angle rule. (If you are sitting on the ball with your feet flat, your hips and knees should form a 90-degree angle with each other)Do not over inflate the ball! Fill to ~80% or so so that you can dent the ball about 6" if you stick your finger in the ball. Let it sit for 24 hours before filling to 100% so that you can dent the ball ~2” if you stick your finger in the ball. You should be able to push the ball in 2” when the exercise ball is fully inflated.
