Depends what you need it for...The weight is dead on 45, but they aren't standard 45cm plates. They're 41cm. If you use it for deadlifts or anything pulled from the floor these aren't what you want... i'm taking mine back for this reason.

Great Plates for the PriceThese are great plates for the price. They look decent, everything was smooth and slid right on the bar easily. I haven't had a chance to get a scale to weigh them (probably won't bother), but they feel accurate based on the tons of 45 lb plates I've handled over the years.
The only negative thing I could say about these - and in fact, was quite the oddity - is that of the 6 45lb plates I received, there are two different diameters - 2 at 17.75" diameter and 4 smaller at 17" diameter. At first that freaked the OCD part of me out a bit. But the weight seems identical between the two different diameter 45s - I don't notice it holding them or when loaded on the bar - everything feels balanced despite the two different diameter sizes. Besides, I have two competition 45lb bumpers that I always load first, so I won't have any height differences from one side of the bar to the other on stuff like deadlifts. Just be aware that apparently, CAP makes these 45lb grip plates in TWO DIFFERENT diameters. All else appears identical - you couldn't distinguish them in separate photos, but together on the bar it's more than obvious (which is why I measured the diameter in the first place).
Other than that, they're fine plates for a home gym. They make the bar heavy, look decent, and feel nice with the rounded edges and grip holes. Well worth the $38 a piece I paid for them.
