Rated 2 out of 5 by from Were great! for awhile... I bought two of these rods last year and fished them hard all summer and fall. I fished them twice this year and the second time I noticed that, on one of them, the center of my reel was not in line with the guides on the rod. The rod was canted to the right. They were not like this when I bought them so somehow it happened while fishing or in storage. I brought them to my local tackle shop and they said that the top half of the two-part system (the one that should not move) that holds the reel in place had come unglued slightly which caused the reel to slide to the right. I tried to move it back in place but had no success. This has happened to me once in the past with rods that were very old but never one that was less than two years old. I was disappointed.

The advertising says it's a 5'6" pole yet pricing reflects that of a 7'0" pole, is this a 7'0" pole or is it indeed a 5'6" pole???  Thx
