Don't use in salt! This was a great reel for me with fresh water fishing but 1 time in salt and before I could finish the day it locked up completely! I always clean and wash my reels after fishing but it could not take the salt at all! The H2O Mettle baitcast on the other hand was dunked and used many times in salt and still rocking!

Excellent Spinning Reel -Super Smooth, & ReliableBought this Reel and never looked back. Bail flips smooth and no back up, when you stop. As good as I have ever owned, and I have had them all. Love the Max 4 Camo - and on the right rod - it's a killer.

What is the differences between sizes 20. 30. And 40 reel sizes? Thank you.
Asked by: Larbow
Regarding the reel size - in general - the smaller the number the smaller and lighter the reel. So, a 20 reel size will hold less line than a 40 reel size.
