i bought the white or blue strip i can get just the blue to work but not the white which is what i purchased this for the white is there a problem with these lights ?

Asked by: Duane44
There should be three wires.  To get just the white wire white wire to positive and black wire to negative.  To get just the blue (green in our case) wire red wire to positive and black wire to negative.  To get both at same time wire white and red to positive and black to negative.  I know this reply is late but maybe it will help someone else.
