1.  TO ENTER:  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  Go to http://www.academy.com, click on the “Birthday Club” image and complete the registration form by entering your name, email address, street address, city, state, zip code, birth date, daytime telephone number and confirmation that you've read these official rules.  In order for the electronic entry to be valid, entrants must click on the “Sign Up” button on the web site.  By entering this promotion, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, email and/or postal mail.  Entrants must provide a valid email address to enter online.  Where a dispute arises about who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.  “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.  Proof of being the authorized account holder may be required.  LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON AND/OR EMAIL ADDRESS.  LIMIT FIVE ENTRIES PER HOUSEHOLD. 

2.  Gift Card recipients will be responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if any.  Gift cards are non-endorsable, non-transferable and non-refundable.  No substitutions by gift card recipient will be allowed.  Sponsor has the right and sole discretion to replace gift card with another item of equal or greater value.  By entering the promotion, gift card recipient consents without limitation and without receiving additional compensation, to the use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes of Sponsor. 

3.  ELIGIBILITY:  PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.  Subject to federal, state and local laws, the promotion is open to all legal residents of Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.  Employees of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates and other related entities, and such employees' immediate families, are not eligible to enter the “Academy Sports + Outdoors Birthday Club.”   This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.  All federal, state and local laws apply.  Any deviation from these rules on the part of any participant will render that participant ineligible.
