Do you measure the bouncing part of the trampoline as 13 feet or the frame as 13 feet?

Asked by: Rrbones
Hello Rrbones, The Upper Bounce® SKYTRIC 13' Round Trampoline is measured by the diameter of the metal frame (not the jumping surface).
