Works well but too expensive. In order to get the larger net bag, you have to buy the more expensive model with rod holder and tackle box. I fish in salt water and these features are worthless for wade fishing. Both dunk either the reel or tackle in salt water. I cut off the rod holder and plastic box then reattach the bag using zip ties. Shortening the rope in half works better and results in a nice hank of rope for other uses.

Not sturdy enough, snags too easily. The net snags too easily on branches and debris in water. We were rainbow trout fishing on an AR river and used it as a live well in which to store our caught fish, so had it anchored at the river's edge. The water was plenty deep enough to allow it to float naturally, but the net continually snagged on branches and driftwood. It snagged so often that it actually ended up tearing the bottom of the net, causing us to lose a few fish. The net is also too lightweight in that if only 1-2 fish are in the well, they can't swim at all, because the net itself actually floats. We purchased 3, and thought we'd try 1 out to see how it went. Needless to say, we'll be returning the other 2.

Perfect for yak or small boats.Great Idea! I use mine every time. I clip the rope on the side of my raft and It seems to hold about 5 1-3lb fish with out to much issue.
It's all high quality so I am guess it's made in the USA.
Once in the water the mesh billows out a bit and gives up to 5 fish plenty of room to move around. When I bring I fish in, I stick the Rod in the rod holder and unhook the fish right over the opening so if they flop they will fall in the well. There is a draw string to close the well so the fish don't jump out. The one thing that I am not sure of. Does this qualify as a type IV PFD? Can't see why not. The ultimate test was a 25Lb 33inch Blue catfish I caught. Although it was cramp it completely fit and I was able to retain it until I took some pics. The fish recovered as soon as I put him back in the water.

The Anglers' Choice Basic Flo-Well Bait and Catch Bag (SKU # 006262802) is what we would suggest in comparison to the Tournament Choice® Deluxe Float Well. The Anglers' Choice does not include a tackle box or a rod holder, but it does feature a 18" closed-cell Styrofoam ring allows the bag to float in water and keep bait and catch alive.
