Well built.I bought this for my grandson on the way to the river. I usually only by zebco 33 classics for my kids. I was really surprised at how well this performed. I took it catfishing a few days later. Good drag and bait clicker. Great for pan fish and small cats. Will purchase more of these in the future.

Better than expected!I usually buy zebco 33 classics for my grandson for fishing. I bought this one on the way to the river at academy sports, on sale, and i was impressed. For a cheap real it seems very well built. Has anti reverse and bait clicker. Great for pan fish and small catfish. Pre spooled with 10# tesr.

Great value and qualityPurchased for my daughter and she has used it a couple of times with no issues. The reel is better than the GX2 as far as features. The only issue was the rod was very difficult to join the sections and I had to use a lube. Tip for Shakespeare, pre-fit the rod before packaging.
