Rated 5 out of 5 by from Leaves the least GFR in the Barrel I've tried other brands of clay target shot shells (12 G, #8) and in my experience, Remington Gun club is the cleanest burning and leaves the least residue in the barrel. If you use a semi-auto, this means you can shoot a lot more rounds before breaking the firearm down to clean it. Similarly for over & under and trap shot guns, cleaning is just so much easier after using Gun Club.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Many non fires Must have been a bad case of shells. Many non fires from these shells. Have sent several of the boxes and non fires back to Remington for analysis and hopefully replacements. I have shot Remington shells for 30+ years with great results, so I'm sure it was a fluke batch of shells.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never had a "fail to fire" Good shell. Clean and reloadable. A favorite at the ranges here in NJ.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorest Manufacturing Quality I have Ever Seen I started noticing that the Remington Gun Club shot shells were not cycling through a Beretta semi-auto. Upon further inspection, I noticed the crimps on the shells were not properly seated. Out of the 10 boxes that I bought, I culled out 27 shells that were not either fully crimped, or some were loosing the lead shot. See the photo of the examples that I emailed to Remington. Remington mailed me a prepaid shipping label, and I sent off the shells for their inspection. A couple of weeks later, Remington sent me two boxes of Gun Club shells. This time the shells were a different manufacture run, and perfectly crimped. It would be too much of an inconvenience to go through this experience in the future. I quit buying Remington product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shell for the money. Best value! These shells are by far the best bang for the buck. Really no noticeable difference between them and the STS shells. The hulls even seem to reload just as nice and last just as long as the STS hulls. Only down side is they are steel making them not resize as well.
