The poles feature a twist lockout double-cam adjustment system that adjusts from 26" to 54" for optimal height, a spring-loaded antishock system and an ergonomic design with dual-density rubber grips for comfortable use. Removable rubber boot tips and hiking baskets with locking pins. Adjustable webbing wrist straps. Maximum load up to 160 lb.

Great hiking poles--especially for the price!!!I have used them only once. Since I didn't previously own hiking poles I had nothing with which to compare, but these worked great for me. I was very happy with the purchase!!
