With the Moultrie Mobile™ MV1 Field Modem, you won't have to stay in the field to view and manage the images captured by your compatible Moultrie game camera. Using the Verizon Wireless 3G network, this field modem lets you set or change upload frequency, modem and game camera status information and camera settings from your computer or mobile device.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not working, awful customer service. Not working after 2 months and awful customer service so far. When I registered my modem on their website and signed up for the monthly data plan, it started charging me but my device is not showing up on the site, so I cannot finish setting it up. I called their customer service number and they told me to send an email to them. I did, and 3 weeks later they responded with a canned response for a different issue. I told them that was not the problem I was having and 3 weeks later I'm still trying to get in touch with them. I have since been charged for my 2nd month subscription and the modem is still not set up. A great idea for a product but they have a very, very long way to go before I would recommend it to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesom! I have had this unit, coupled with a M888i in the woods for a little over a month. I put it in a spot with spotty cellular signal and it has performed flawlessly. I love the fact that I don't have to put my scent in the woods to view the camera. I have a good 6 year old buck somewhat patterned and, when the time/wind is right, I will be in that spot hoping for a shot. I will be purchasing at least two more within 6 months. My only complaint is the app. I sometimes don't get notifications even though the pictures have been uploaded to the server. I wish they would simply text directly to your phone instead of having to go to the app to see pics. The positives far outweigh the negatives in my limited experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from purchased 2 moultrie modems 3 months ago... I have been considering a cellular camera system for a few years, and decided to give these a try. I like that you have multiple camera options, and can even move a single modem to a different camera if you just want to. After getting the DL onto the SD card and linking the modems per the manual, my 2015 model 880's on sale worked great. I'm using the "high resolution" setting, which is 3rd highest out of 4, 10 second delay between pics, and with the $17.99/mo. data package. These have good resolution and come in a size that is easy to save and share via text or email. I've gotten 1688 pictures and I'm only using 3% of my data plan, and haven't really needed to DL a full resolution image, which at this setting would be 3-4 megapxels. I guess I need to go with the lowest data package! I used the high dollar Lithium AA batteries, and my MV1 went through them in just short of 3 months but my cameras are still showing almost full! Maybe the moultire 12v solar pack would be a good option for the MV1 modem? I don't see anywhere that it is compatible but I don't see why not... Overall a very nice modular system that works well. I zip tied my included armored USB cable tight to try to keep the varmints from unplugging it... so far so good! Make sure you put 3+ months worth of corn in your feeder and you're good for awhile with this combo!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product!!! Let me first say that I never leave reviews but have decided to give my two cents as a review. I was skeptical to purchase the MV1 as it seems most people either give it 5 stars or 1 star. The MV1 has worked flawlessly for me and was a breeze to setup. I think most people have trouble if they do not update their firmware prior to trying to setup the camera and modem. For me I followed the directions for firmware update and had the camera sending me pictures within 30 minutes.

Most of the pics are at night, but now getting movement in the day time, and will start hunting soon as I get some patterns put together! And helps cut down on time in the woods checking my cameras and alerting the deer! Highly Recommended! R Neely!
