Couldn't fit the seatThe seat was made too wide and could not fit to be assembled. How difficult is it to measure before you ship?

Very uncomfortableI had to buy it without testing it because there was no floor model. The chair is quite uncomfortable to me for some reason.
I'll be replacing it as soon as I find something satisfactory.

Awesome price, great chairI bought these as an early Christmas gift, and they are great! The metal has an oil rubbed finish and looks really nice. The seat is super wide. Previous reviews said they are uncomfortable, I bought them for the front porch because we don't go out there often, but the little I have used them, they have been fine. they show up from the street well against our light colored house. Putting them together was not very difficult at all.

Despite issues, still pleased with final resultsWe bought two for the back yard. The first one assembled easy enough, but I had to re-glue the rocker felt pad on the bottom of one of the rockers that came undone. However the second one had two left sides in the box. One marked A, one marked B, but both were the same. Since the seat bottom is wider than the back there was no work around. So I had to take it back for an exchange. I made sure the sides were different before leaving the store. However it turns out that the replacement chair's hardware bag was spilled out within the box which led to trying to find all the hardware. I never did find that eighth washer. Mosaic obviously needs to work on their quality control before boxing. Headaches aside we are still pleased with them, however we do not feel we should recommend them based off of our assembly problems.

There was free shipping when I ordered them last spring (2015). Also, be aware that the screws that you use to hold the chairs together will rust. I also purchased two benches that match. They also have screws that rust :( I wish I had known so I could have purchased some galvanized ones (of course it would have been better if they didn't give me screws that would rust!!) I am hoping the furniture last a few seasons before I have to fix this problem. Other than the rust issue, I just love the chairs and benches. They are comfortable and look great on my patio.

What is the height of the seat from the floor?
Asked by: ColeProlex
The Mosaic™ Ivy Rocker measures approximately 16" from the floor to the seat and this measurement could vary slightly depending on the angle of the chair.
